Free breast cancer screening for uninsured and underinsured women set for October 5

King's Daughters' Health will provide a free breast cancer screening for women who are uninsured or underinsured on Saturday, October 5 at the main KDH campus, 1373 East State Road 62, Madison.  Appointments are required.  Women of appropriate age who lack medical insurance or who have limited health insurance may call (812) 801-0627 to schedule an appointment.

Thanks to a grant through the Indiana Breast Cancer Awareness Trust, King's Daughters' Health will again offer expanded screening appointments.  First priority will be given to qualifying women who have never received a clinical breast exam or a screening mammogram.

The King's Daughters' Health Cancer Treatment Center provides both medical and radiation oncology services to area residents.  Besides the breast cancer screening, the KDH Cancer Treatment Center offers colon and skin cancer screening programs.  For additional information about the KDH Cancer Treatment Center call (812) 801-0603.
