Free breast cancer screening for uninsured women set for October 11

King's Daughters' Health will provide a free breast cancer screening for women age 40 and over who are uninsured on Saturday, October 11 at the main KDH campus, 1373 East State Road 62, Madison.  Appointments are required.  Women of appropriate age who lack medical insurance may call Stacy at (812) 801-0627 to schedule an appointment.

Thanks to a grant through the Indiana Breast Cancer Awareness Trust, King's Daughters' Health will offer expanded screening appointments.  First priority will be given to qualifying women who have never received a clinical breast exam or a screening mammogram.

The King's Daughters' Health Cancer Treatment Center provides both medical and radiation oncology services.  Besides the breast cancer screening, the KDH Cancer Treatment Center offers colon and skin cancer screening programs.  For additional information about the KDH Cancer Treatment Center call (812) 801-0603.

The new KDH Cancer Treatment Center will open in early 2015 - providing the best technology available in our region - bringing world-class cancer care to southeast Indiana.
